'To help support and donate: https://blacklivesmatters.carrd.co/#donate Hi, PLEASE READ!! I also forgot to mention that my starting weight on MAY 15th, was 230.2 pounds. JUNE 15th, I weighed myself and was 214.4 (a 15.8 weight loss). I can\'t believe I accomplished this. It\'s a big milestone and I am so proud of myself, I still don\'t know if I should slowly start bringing fast and junk food back in my lifestyle yet. I\'ll let you know if that happens. Thanks so much for watching! ❤️ I love you so much ❤️❤️ xoxoxo ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Please Like, Comment, and SUBSCRIBE!! ❤️❤️❤️ Follow me on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nikkoanikko/?hl=en ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ #nikkoanikko #nikko #StayingConsistent'
